Germany Adventure

We lived in Germany from 1988 to 1992, some of the most news making years of our lives.  We lived through the fall of the Berlin wall, the Iraqi wars, Desert Storm and the 1988 Flugtag Ramstein Air Show Crash, my sons and I were there.  So many memories and I had the chance to paint and draw the beautiful scenery.  The problem is, I didn’t.  I wish I had been more into painting than drawing.  I missed so many opportunities to paint in Germany and then Austria, we visited Saltzburg and castles through out Europe. I can’t go back and do these things but I can encourage you to paint in places that capture your soul and make your scenses come alive.

Ramstein Wine Fest  1992
By Christina Rodriguez Trillo
This was of an actual wine bottle from that time in Germany and the wine glass set I bought from Italy.  Precious memories, however this was drawn on plain paper, not art brand quality.  It has since yellowed a bit and is very flimsy.  I wish I had used better paper.  I don’t know how to fix this one.  I am looking for some solutions.
